How much is delivery?
A flat fee of ₱99 per order within our service areas.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 2 PM can arrive as early as the next day.
What is Auto-Replenish?
An optional subscription that automatically delivers your chosen essentials every 30, 45, or 60 days, with 3% off eligible products.
Why is Auto-Replenish only available after my first order?
We want you to try Fur Eazy first, with no commitment. Once you’ve received your first order, you can switch to Auto-Replenish anytime.
Can I skip or cancel Auto-Replenish?
Yes. You can skip a delivery, reschedule, change items or frequency, pause, or cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and Cash on Delivery.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, while your order is still processing you can cancel it from My Orders.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source from authorized distributors and only sell sealed, fresh stock.
